The trade name for this material is called "Longhorn" because of the heavy grain design embossed into the material. We always make our headlinings oversize to make fitting easier for the end user. The necessary pockets in the lining are sewn in to accept your original headlining stays.

I have been very pleased with how well this cover is holding up. It fits snugly into the receiver hole and stays put. Makes the back of the car look so much better and keeps dirt out of the receiver.
