Die Trauben werden entrappt und kommen 7 Tage lang mit der Haut in Berhrung. Die Grung beginnt im Stahltank, der Saft wird durch die Schwerkraft abgeleitet und in 400 Liter Stockinger Fsser gefllt, die leicht getoastet wurden. Der Wein bleibt 6 Monate auf der Hefe und wird dann erneut fr ein bis zwei Monate in Edelstahltanks
