Prinz Salm Lagencuvée Riesling trocken 2022Das Lagencuve ist eine Hommage an unsere vier VDP. Groen Lagen: KIRCHBERG, SCHARLACHBERG, JOHANNISBERG und FELSENECK. Vier verschieden Bodenarten kmpfen darum, wer mehr zur Geltung kommen darf: Rotschiefer, Grnschiefer, Kalk und Taunusquarzit. Die Weine wurden separat ausgebaut. Nach der Grung haben wir eine Cuveprobe gehabt und festgelegt, wieviel % eines jeden Weins hinein fliet in das Lagencuve. Das Lagencuve zeigt eine unglaubliche Konzentration
