I'm not sure why there are any reviews complaining of silver hardware or size as that information is clearly listed in the product descriptions. One also needs to order directly from Coach and select the gift option to get the gift box and dust bag, which has always been the case. It's a beautiful, quality bag and the difference between this and a fake is clear; the material feels durable and soft at the same time. The bag smells like leather.
