A great product and at a great price. I received it the same day that I ordered it. I did not know that I was running out of the black. The printer sends me messages that I am running out but I ignore the message and keep on printing hundreds of papers. Tried remanufactured and off brand cartridges and kept running into compatability issues with my Epson Work Force Pro WF-3820. These are more expensive-but they work. Have to take into consideration the fact that my printer is used for business and down time because my new cartridges aren't recognized by the printer costs $$$
