I carried this sunscreen around in my bag all day at an amusement park on a very hot day and it was very useful. It didn’t melt or soften up in my bag and was easy to use, kind of like deodorant where you turn the little wheel on the bottom to make it come up. I had applied a different sunscreen on before entering the park (also spf 50) and used this for touch ups throughout the day and it was enough for two adults and a child and we still had plenty left for another day. It applies very white and in visible streaks, so we just rubbed it in and had no issue. I always get a weird farmers tan after being in the sun the way I was and barely had any visible tanning this time. This is going to be a new essential for me for amusement parks.

It left my face looking pale and chalky for hours, which made me self-conscious wearing it in public. I found that when used as directed combined with the CETAPHIL Sheer Mineral Sunscreen Lotion it also protects my sensitive and extremely sun damaged skin from wind burn. Since I put it on thick it prevents the biting insects from getting to my skin. I only use on my face because I cover everything else with protective clothing.
