It is in fairly good condition although there is a little discoloration on it near the fold lines from storage. I am not sure if this is just some light dirt or what. It lessened with a little light brushing, so it might clean up pretty easily, but I'm not sure. It is a small medium size, but is still stretchy. It is supposed to fit pretty snugly.
