The P 41 was standard issue for the Marine Corps from 1941, worn across the Pacific and beyond. Heavy, structured cotton with a tight herringbone weave built to take punishment. I bought this for my 8 week old German Shorthaired Pointer puppy. Within 24 hours the majority of the squeakers were dead, and about 1/3 of the squeakers had been removed. The material is not strong and easily ripped open. I gave 3 stars because my puppy liked the toy, but the quality was not good. I expect to be throwing this toy in the garbage by the end of the week.
