Sambucus nigra Laced Up, 3LA lovely ornamental form of native Elderberry, Sambucus nigra Laced Up is a wonderfully robust shrub, with very attractive, finely divided purple black foliage. It bears superb, compound heads of tiny, light pink, lemon scented blooms in late spring. A more compact form than other Elderberries, Laced Up has a columnar habit and makes a wonderful screening plant, or works well as a pair in more formal planting.

Our dogs are loving this ball. Our 1 yr old hound is a world-class chewer and he can't make a dent in this ball. The interactive buzzing and bouncing keeps them entertained for long durations. It's a mite noisy but the barking from the 1 yr old is much louder, lol. Even turned off, they like playing with it and chewing on it. Based on the tough construction, we think it will last much longer than traditional chew balls.
