- EDITING - Customer service reached out immediately and made this mistake correct. Shipped out new product right away and followed up to ensure I got it. Changing review because the product worked well and customer service took care of the issue. Very professional and pleased with the over all outcome. -Original- Very disappointed. As a first time sublimation printer user I had high hopes from this product. Not paying attention to the labels I put the ink into my printer. After 3 failed tumbler (it was transferring any purple) I realized the magenta ink ISNT SUBLIMATION INK. Wasted my money on the ink. Wasted several sublimation papers. Wasted 3 tumblers thinking I was going something wrong when in fact the company sold me non sublimation ink. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Compré esta tinta de sublimación Pinckney para mi impresora Epson EcoTank y los resultados han sido excelentes.
