Debra Fileta's "Soul Care" is a great blend of faith-based principles and practical advice. I love how she explores the rhythms Jesus practiced to care for his soul as a framework for readers to follow. What sets Soul Care apart is her holistic approach to caring for ourselves. Debra Fileta addresses the spiritual, emotional, AND physical aspects (I love the title of chapter 7). Her tone is so easy to read, but the content is deep and thought provoking.
