It appears to have been worn by an officer, as evidenced by the pin holes caused by a now missing insignia. It is constructed of khaki polyester material. It retains its original manufacturer's label; however, its size marking is unfortunately missing. It measures approximately 11 inches in length and 4 3 4 inches tall.
