They are called Masters because they are the most experienced cymbal smiths in Turkey who are still working actively.

It was inexpensive
It holds a lot of pepper but honestly it doesn't grind to a very fine setting. It HAS settings but I feel like they're all the same, pretty coarse. Overall however it works.
