MEASUREMENTS (approximate): Bust 38" Waist 30" Hips full Length 40 1 2" Sleeve (shoulder seam to end of cuff) 22" Neck 14" Cuff 3 1 2" when snapped and 4 1 2" when open The dress is a heavier weight winter material. Snaps up the front and on the side. Snaps at the ends of the sleeves (some are loose and need resewn). There are some stains on the front collar area. The shoulders have indents from
